Baroness Hodge of Barking has been appointed by the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport to conduct an independent review of the Arts Council England (ACE). This survey is an essential part of the evidence collection for this Review.
The deadline to respond to the survey has been extended to midday on 30 June.
Our surveys suggest that ACE is the largest single funder of creative health work so it's vital your views are heard. Please fill out this survey if you can - you don't have to respond to every question, but anything you can contribute will help the government understand how ACE is working for you.
CHWA has submitted a response to the review; our submission took into account responses from the National Centre for Creative Health and the Mobilizing Community Assets to Tackle Health Inequalities research programme, and we further developed it in discussion with our Strategic Alliance Members.
You can read CHWA's response to the review as a word document here - this might help you think through your own response, but we'd encourage you to respond from your own perspective and experience of Arts Council England. (If you can't access this document for any reason but would like to, email us at [email protected] and we'll send you a copy.)
