‘Mirror Image’ - An Opportunity for Cultural Practitioners to Reflect on Wellbeing

The Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance (West Midlands) presents a half-day symposium for cultural practitioners as part of Birmingham’s ‘Bedlam Festival’.

Through talks, discussions and workshops the symposium will explore practical ways cultural practitioners and organisations can embed wellbeing in their own practice.

The afternoon begins with speaker Nicola Naismith, author of ‘Artists Practicing Well’, before attendees break into two practical workshops exploring wellbeing. There will be an opportunity for networking, sharing good practice and proposing potential next steps for personal and organisational development.

This event is part of BEDLAM Arts & Mental Health Festival 2019. A cover charge of £10 includes light refreshments.
